Soical Matchbox community member Ross Karchner got some recognition today by The Atlantic for taking a very creative approach to recruiting for the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). They are this week’s featured employer because they are a true DC startup, only in government, and they are doing some really innovative stuff.

Ross is not the only Social Matchbox alumni working in the CFPB. They are a Python development shop and they deserve major credit for running things more like a business.
