Message Systems Raises New Funding

Message Systems, Columbia, MD, a provider of email and electronic messaging systems including Message Central, an email marketing tool, has announced their raise of funds from Philadelphia based LLR Partners, a middle market private equity firm.  The company was founded in 1997.  The transaction provides liquidity to NewSpring Capital, which invested in Message Systems in 2010, as well as other shareholders.  Terms were not disclosed.
