CardStar Launches Mobile Customer Loyalty Product

By SocialMatchbox Editor | Apr 29, 2010

CardStar CTO Danny  Espinoza is seeking to get rid of all of those customer loyalty cards that we are carrying around in our wallets by putting them into one mobile phone applicaton.  If you carry a wallet then this is a no-brainer.  In addition to digitizing loyalty cards, the application is a platform for pushing mobile coupons to consumers.  CardStar plans to share revene with retailers in the process.  The application allows consumers to access scannable cards with barcodes from within the app which is how it ultimately works.  the application currently has more than 500,000 users in all 50 states and in 156 countries worldwide.
