New Virginia Initiative To Lure Founders To The State
According to the folks at NVTC, Virginia’s Governnor just signed into law several new incentives to lure new startups and early-stage investors to the state. The incentives include a 100% capital gains tax exclusion for founders and investors in qualifying technology, energy and biotechnology startups in Virginia for investments made over the next three years.
